Like it very much, it instructions could be simpler to use but I am getting it down and their customer support is good.

This product did not work in my Brother machine. I kept getting a "this card can't be used" error.

This product works relatively well, except that, for an unknown reason to me, the computers drivers for this unit are lost very frequently. It didnt happened with the previous Ultimate Box that I haved.
