I love the weight, ease and grip of this design. The slightly curved blade prevents unnecessary nips to your fabric. The scissors give a sharp clean cut and are very easy to pick up from my sewing table. I actually have a few of these Havel scissors around that replaced other expensive all metal pairs. I have arthritis in my right hand and Havel scissors in general help me maintain easy precision cutting of threads and fabric.

I bought these to take on a trip to Hawaii for a quilt class. They were great scissors and I've used the heck out of them already. They were really nice and sharp and the cover for them is great. They are a good size and weight. Comfortable little scissors.

This scissor is very convenient to carry and very sharp. Especially it comes with safety cap.

This scissor is perfect for clipping threads. Love it, can't sew or machine embroider without it. Very sharp, love the curve and handy cover.

I bought these for in the hoop applique trimming. They work great. They have a bit more angle that makes getting into the tight places easier. I worried when some of the reviews said they were to tight, they are tight but to me feel like they should. They cut good along the whole cutting edge all the way to the very tip. I have used them on several projects and have been extremely happy with them. On a funnier note don't be shocked at how big the box they ship them in is. I thought when it came oh no this can't be them....

I was so happy to find these. No more twisting to cut threads - this works like a charm. I know that these scissors look a little wierd, but believe me, they are very effective scissors. Point is very sharp so be careful not to cut any other threads. Great find.

The angle for these makes it easy to trim in the hoop. The scissors felt a little stiff at first but seem to be loosening up with use.

I have been a quilter for about 20 years, and these are the best snips I have used. There is a little space that the thread fits into, allowing you to cut very close to the item you are working on. I always use these both when I am piecing and when I am quilting. You wouldn't want to use them for anything except cutting thread.

this is exactly what I was looking for to help with clipping my embroidery "tails". With arthiritis, the small "swan scissors" were really bothering my joints.

Very convenient snippers to have by the sewing machine when piecing. Light weight and easy to use, doubles as a seam ripper also. Will have to buy another pair to keep in my quilt binding pouch.

These scissors are very easy on the hands, They are light weight and comfortable to use/ A little pricey but I love them.
