June Tailor 8-1/2-Inch by 11-Inch Dark T-Shirt Inkjet Transfers, 3-Pack Reviews

I recently started printing off my own t-shirt designs and was totally floored by the great quality that inkjet transfers offered! The papers adhered to the shirts quite well, the colors always intensified and deepened after ironing/pressing, wash after wash did nothing to fade, crack, or damage the transfers, (save produce an actually desireable texturized effect), and they didn't feel at all unpleasant to wear.
But yesterday, I found out that not all brands of transfer papers are created equal when I picked up some horrible "Transfer Magic" brand papers. These things bled, faded, cracked, and flaked-off of the shirts in addition to making them feel quite stiff. Had I initially begun making shirts with Transfer Magic transfer papers, I would, no doubt, have become disheartened and given-up right off the bat.
The difference in quality among the brands is tremendous! Stay well away from Transfer Magic, they really suck the big one.

When I read the other reviews, I was very concerned about the decal not applying well. However, this still seemed the best option for a dark iron-on transfer. It worked perfectly - however I must note that I did follow the instructions to the word with regard to print quality, pre-peeling the decal before cutting, ironing on a pillowcase-covered chopping board, etc. The decals look wonderful and I would buy this again.
The one downside is that the reusable parchment paper did begin to wrinkle after the second application, and for the third sheet I had to be strategic about what part of the paper was over the decal as I ironed to avoid too many puckers on the transfer.

I purchased the Dark T-Shirt Transfer 3 pack JT-855 but it doesn't work very well. I followed all of the instructions to use on a 100% cotton tee. I did not use steam, the iron was at the highest setting, firm pressure was used, all corners were ironed, I allowed the parchment paper to cool. The edges still lifted and the parchment paper stuck onto the transfer. On the places where the parchment paper didn't stick completely it lifted the color from the transfer. The parchment paper tore and was not reuseable so the parchment paper cannot be used for multiple transfers as it states in the instructions.
I ruined two t-shirts trying to use this product and I am deeply dissatisfied with the results.
