This product works relatively well, except that, for an unknown reason to me, the computers drivers for this unit are lost very frequently. It didnt happened with the previous Ultimate Box that I haved.

My wife is an avid seamstress/embroiderer and I bought her the disney machine a few years ago. She loves it and uses it a lot. She told me that it would help to have extra cassettes in that she can load up the upcoming thread colors while the machine works on the first one. So I found these on Amazon for a great price, so good she made me go back and buy more! Made a hero out of me, I can tell you. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is that they are made of plastic. We haven't had any issue with their durability, but still, they're made of plastic.

I like that the sheets are pre-cut. Saves time and no waste. My only complaint is that the paper was sometimes difficult to peel away. Other than that, it is fine. I would probably buy again.

I discovered this stabilizer quite by happy accident. My first roll was supposed to be a roll of Vilene water soluble for lace projects in the hoop. I didn't even tell the seller they'd made a mistake, because I'd been curious about this type of cutaway stabilizer and had been wanting to experiment with some anyhow. I love it! It's very soft and feels like thin cloth. However, it's very strong and holds up well to intense stitching without tearing or stretching. It cuts away from the finished project easily. I use it for in-the-hoop stuffed animals and quilted zipper bags mostly. Next time I want to embroider on a tee shirt or onesie, this is what I'll grab. You can't go wrong with this product.

I've only had this foot for a month and a half, and I've already used it on several projects. It's easy to use once you get your stitch length and tension set the way you like it. And it gathers uniformly. My only complaint is that the foot didn't come with any paperwork what so ever... no instructions, tip, tricks, nothing. I tried to find a tutorial online to get it all figured out with no luck, and ended up just messing with it for a few hours before I figured out what worked well. Also, make note that the tension and stich length is different for different types of fabrics, so you have to play around with it each time you want to use a different fabric.

I love how this works.e
Only reason I held back a star is because it comes as is no instructions.
Adding it to the machine is easy but understanding to use it is not so much.
youtube has some videos of people using it but not really telling how to can the gather and such.

My sewing machine is an older model from Sears (New Home 672) from the 1970's. This Gathering Foot fits my machine perfectly. Very easy to use. Simply slide your fabric into the foot, and magically you'll end up with a gathered piece of material.
