I bought some of this stuff while waiting in line at the fabric store. I was not expecting much, but when I sprayed it on my shirt and smoothed out the wrinkles, they actually WENT AWAY. I would love to know what's in this product; I don't really think plain water would have the same effect.

You can make it yourself with fabric softener and water. I don't even measure, I just pour some fabric softener into a spray bottle, add water then shake it. I spray it on my clothes and smooth out the wrinkles.

Someone wrote that you can make this at home. Woopdeedoo. I have two babies and a husband's laundry who is annoyingly picky about wrinkles. I don't have time to whip this stuff up on my own.
So I just spray and smooth wrinkles out. Let it hang awhile. Every last wrinkle may not vanish. But enough so a picky person is happy.
